While award winners Hrithik and Priyanka are the pair of the year for their sterling performance, another hit pair wowed audiences at the 54th Idea Filmfare Awards 2008. Bollywood’s boy wonders Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan replaced stars Shah Rukh and Saif as hosts at the awards night.Taking potshots at each other, cracking jokes about the audience and ensuring themselves roles in Dostana 2, Ranbir and Imran kept the audience rolling in the aise with their razor sharp wit and crackerjack comments.

As the newest Khan on the block said, "There will be Rekhaji, Rakeshji out there…," the latest entrant from the Kapoor khandaan added, "Yaar, I’m just scared of Rishiji and Neetuji…"
A happy Shreya Ghoshal, who won Best Playback Singer couldn’t stop raving about anchors Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan. She said, “Imran and Ranbir are so hot, so witty, but they both have girlfriends, so no luck for me!” She was all praises for Oscar winner AR Rahman, too and his passion for music.
