It feels wonderful. I am glad that these film-makers have shown confidence in me and I hope I don’t let them down — not only in 2009, but in 2010, 2011, 2012…
What would you say is your USP?
I am too new in the industry to think about my strengths and weaknesses. I go by my gut and I feel extremely grateful to be working with bright film-makers.
How ambitious are you?
I am extremely ambitious. I want to work with the biggest film-makers. I want to direct movies, produce movies and do it all.
People say you are a natural actor. Do you attribute it to your Kapoor genes?
I don’t really believe in genes. I don’t think a great surgeon’s son necessarily becomes a great surgeon. I think good acting has a lot to do with talent, a lot of hard work and lots of luck.
Who do you think has the potential to make it big, apart from yourself?
Imran Khan, Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor.

You missed Shahid Kapoor. I agree he doesn’t match upto your level of acting but unfortunately now-a-days it’s not just acting skills that make a star (live example is Hrithik Roshan..). N Shahid has cute looks n is a great dancer. So I guess he might become a star too.. But yeah..there’s Noone today in the same league as you
Though yeah..you still have a long way to go..till you reach the topmost slot.. So keep up the good work.. Keep working hard..n stay your natural self.. Your acting is quite free n natural n you pull of every role very smoothly n seemingly efforlessly.. That’s what I find most atractive. Stay that ways
